Vegetal Immersion
A submerged latency where origin and memory remain suspended.
Between the surface and the abyss, the trees surrender to the mineral dream of the swamp. Their roots, submerged in the density of the mother waters, preserve the slow pulse of what still breathes. In that lethargy —neither death nor life— nature seems to contemplate itself, suspended in an alchemy of sap, silt, and silence.
The work explores the liquid threshold where organic memory dissolves and is reborn, where the vegetal becomes a metaphor for thought: rooted and drifting at once. Vegetal Immersion is thus a gesture of surrender, a meditation on the persistence and transformation that dwell within every vital cycle.
